About Us

The call for healing is always about an imbalance on some level.

An injustice, wrongdoing or a traumatic event that may be disconnecting us from Spirit, earth, our bodies, others and ourselves. This work is about listening deeply to all the stories being held in country, across history and cultures and timelines and in our bodies. Allowing all the dimensions of wellbeing, the physical, emotional, mental spiritual, and environmental to come back into connection with everything again.

ABOUT THE WORK: Core Cellular Healing

Core & Cellular healing is a unique and powerful form of healing from Ireland rooted in the ancient pre-Celtic spiritual tradition dating back 4000 years.
Through active living mystic prayer, music, invocation and healing incantations, an old practice of deep listening and intuition is brought out from all our collective Indigenous ancestors, places and traditions. The transmutation process releases old configurations of trauma, sickness and dead energy and breathes new, fresh life back into the whole body, mind and soul.

Alison brings good energy and deeply insightful concepts to discussions. Alison has brilliant wisdom, is highly intelligent and offers a wealth of knowledge to any situation. Alison's integrity and self-reflective and heartfelt nature elevates all conversations, and this is apparent in the way she conducts herself. She brings an integral balance of personal and professional education to the circle, and this allows others to understand what she is sharing at the grassroots level, while maintaining cutting edge theories to support her idea and experiences. She is a wonderful teacher and person to have in any space or setting.

As a First Nation Native, my awareness of the 500 years of trans - generational trauma that I carried was limited and I did not connect my symptoms of panic attacks with all this trauma until I did some work with Alison. I have been able to cry and release more emotion than I have in over 15 years. I am freer than I have ever been in my life, and I look forward to doing more of this work. Thank you, Alison. Thank you for your loving guidance a few weekends ago. You are a sensational facilitator of healing; your calm, centred, positive manner create a space of trust and people in that space know love abounds.  Thank you for sharing your knowledge and inner wisdom with me and for helping me release the old to find peace.

Thank you, Alison, for a transformational weekend workshop. The diverse Indigenous tools and practices that you used assisted me to listen carefully to what my body is saying and gave me permission to go within to tell my story and do the work I was ready to do. The practices we did supported me to identify my losses and listen deeply through "Dadirri" enabled me to hear everyone's stories with an open heart. You created a culturally safe place for something sacred to occur that was relevant for each of us. I would highly recommend this work that Alison does to anyone that is open to their own healing process and growth.

I have never sat with a 'therapist' like Alison. In a safe, warm, comfortable, loving and supportive environment, she is 100% available, present, open and congruent. I have had huge shift for me during sessions with Alison, whether it be exploring and working with trauma release, identifying Loss and Grief or doing art or dance therapy session, each time we are 'doing work' there is a breakthrough or a revelation.  I feel I have grown and healed much through our interactions, and I will continue to do so. I do not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone who seeks to explore, experience, and transform self.
