Workshop Protocol
Introduction and protocols to make the workshop a safe healing space for everyone
People enter Spiritual Healing Places and Sacred Sites, Temples, Mosques, Synagogues or Other Houses of God for different reasons and purposes:
- Prayers / calls for healing of physical and mental illnesses and conditions.
- Prayers/ calls for healing of emotional wounds, heartbreak & grief, Traumas from both current situations and past situations in childhood, family, ancestral memories, and soul memories.
- Prayers /calls to Send gratitude and thankfulness for blessings.
Whatever has brought you here – stay open, leave all other processes or practices as much as possible at the door – just for the time you are here in the space– if you come in with a full cup there is no space for Creator to give you something else.
If you have come with Strong Cultural traditions and beliefs or practices it may be in divine order and timing for your journey of change and transformation for beliefs to be shaken a little, it will either enhance or dissolve it – just like laws of nature things are either breaking things down (dying) or building up (more life). So as much as possible if we are in an old pattern that is needing to stop – it may unravel or if it needs strengthening it will be bound stronger than ever.
Like most older cultures (pre-Christianity)- the Celtic and Nordic are Nature based spiritual traditions… deeply connected to multiple deities and beliefs connected to nature and seasons and harvesting food and intricate ceremonies to turn the wheel of the sun to return and bless us with life and light… This tradition utilises the Ancient practice of call and response, Invocations and Incantations (the prayers) are alive they are not a script read out of a book . The practice is like being given a lifeline or phone number to connect more deeply to Creator.
A Few guidelines to follow and adhere to as much as possible throughout the workshop:
- Importance of using your discernment …this work is not for everyone. If it’s not your ‘cup of tea’, your flavour, that is totally okay. The ‘tea’ can be medicine for some and not for other. Crucially important that you begin to discern and feel if this is for you, and if not, please don’t stay out of obligation. You will be fully refunded if you decide it isn’t for you.
- Deep Listening Space –we have 2 roles in life…either as a storyteller or as a listener - listen to the other as if you are listening to a part of yourself or if any part of the story resonates, listen to understand more fully…
- No interruptions, no suggestions and no touching during the workshop processes.
- Confidentiality - Build trust and confidence that my story is safe with you and your story is safe with me.
- Avoid Extra Spicy Foods during the time you are participating in the workshop.
- Avoid alcohol and other substances during the workshop . Please do not drink any alcohol at any time, while the process is going on for the full 6 days, and for at least a few days afterwards to allow the purification to take place. Consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs during the process can make you very sick and can sabotage the transformation. If you arrive at the workshop with alcohol or drugs in your system, you may be asked to leave, for your own safety, until it has cleared.
- Physical sensations: Shaking, yawning, pain, tingling , heavy, tired - all normal.
- Use of Silence – energetic and deeply intuitive process - Important to Trust the process.
- In the breaks - ppl may still be in deep process - leave the space quietly and keep noise levels down, sometimes If we go straight into conversation, it can bring us out of healing too quickly and be jarring to the person.
